Loaded Carry ▸ About
Built by ruckers. For ruckers.
General-purpose activity trackers may record the route without accounting for the carried load. Loaded Carry records the load as part of the session. Before this rucking app existed, we kept weight in notes and coordinated Saturday morning rucks across group chats.
The load changes the session: the energy estimate, the effort, the progression, and what the miles ask of your attention.
We wanted something that took weight as seriously as we do, gave ruckers context for the next decision, and gave the crew a place to keep showing up.
So we built it. Not a fitness app with rucking bolted on. A rucking app, from the ground up.

Where we stand
What we believe.
Muscles, endurance, a quieter head, a crew — all built under load.
The weight changes how you think.
Long miles quiet the chatter. You learn to feel discomfort and keep going instead of flinching from it, and the trail becomes the place you actually think.
A crew outlasts motivation.
Saturday happens because people are waiting on you. Rotate the lead and the club survives whoever started it.
Safety enables growth.
Loaded Carry flags a session when its distance is more than ten percent longer than your longest ruck in the previous thirty days. That is context for the next decision, not a promise that an injury will or will not happen.
The practice can carry over.
The practice follows you off the trail. The same steady attention shows up when the weight is no longer in the pack.
